OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

• We are Wix experts and have substantial experience in using Wix, we have every confidence you will be very pleased with our work and your new site.

 

• Everything we do is bespoke to your needs and will involve one to one personal service at all times.

 

• We believe in providing you with a very high level of service at all times.

 

• You will always be able to contact us and chat with us.

 

• All phone calls and correspondence with you in order to complete your work is included.

 

• You will be clearly informed at all times of the progress of your work and you will receive sample designs as required until you are happy with the design you wish to move forwards with.

 

• All information, images and text to be supplied by you unless otherwise agreed, if stock images are used, then these will be added accordingly. 

 

• Your website will include all the functions you would like such as, different pages, contact forms, images, text, etc. as required and all on page optimisation.

 

• Not Included: As you already have emails and your domain, we will need access to your domain account, so we can attach your domain to your website accordingly. As you have chosen to pay for your hosting plan separately as required, we will take your payment details for your hosting plan over the phone and it will be input directly to Wix via Blue Bottle Web Design's client account.

 

• Once your site is complete, it will remain in our client account unless otherwise requested, to enable us to help manage your site, if requested.

 

• If you would like us to manage your site then, a monthly website management fee or support fee is charged depending on the requirement, to be discussed as necessary.

 

• Your site will be fully mobile/tablet/phone compatible.

 

• Your domain will all be connected and working correctly.

• We can help you with any Google Advertising, as and when required, where we will set up your Google Account, campaigns and specific ads relating to your business requirements, needs and goals, as required, to be discussed and confirmed.

YOUR COMMITMENT

• All information, content, images (unless stock images are to be used) and text to be supplied by you unless otherwise agreed.

 

• NOT Included: Hosting, this will be paid directly by you to our hosting provider Wix via Blue Bottle Web Design and you will provide your domain account details directly to us.

• This ensures your domain and hosting remain in your name, however,  we will help purchase the plan with you and connect them to your new site.

OUR TERMS

​

• 100% of any agreed invoice/s to be paid in full before commencement of any work on receipt, by due date.

 

• All payments are to be made in full and honoured as agreed and chosen prior to any commencement of any work.

 

• The full fee for this contract is £2500.00.

 

• This is to be paid even if you decide to not continue once work has commenced, as this represents a set fee for a set contract.

 

• This to be paid in 2 equal instalments in the amounts of £1250.00 being 50% of the total contract to be paid at the commencement on this invoice and the second instalment of £1250.00 being the final 50% of the contract, is to be paid upon completion of the work, when the website is ready to be launched.

 

• There are no refunds or reimbursements, if you decide to withdraw for any reason, once the work has commenced, the full contractual fee is still due.

 

• This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

• You agree to provide us access to your domain provider, to enable us to change your domain settings to point to your new website.

 

• You agree to providing us with your finished logo in the required formats to be used accordingly on your website.

 

• You agree if there is any additional work required to your logo, then this will be charged and added to your second invoice as required.

 

• You agree as you have chosen to pay for your hosting plan as required, we will take your payment details for your hosting plan over the phone and it will be input directly to Wix via Blue Bottle Web Design's client account.

 

• By accepting and paying for this invoice, you agree and consent to Blue Bottle Web Design accessing any of your log in and password and payment details (where applicable) as provided by you.

 

• By accepting this quote and paying for the invoice, you agree to honour these terms and all chosen payments.
