OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

• Everything we do is bespoke to your needs and will involve one to one personal service at all times.

• We are Wix experts and have substantial experience in using Wix, we have every confidence you will be very pleased with our work and your new site.

 

• We believe in providing you with a very high level of service at all times.

 

• You will always be able to contact us and chat with us.

 

• All phone calls and correspondence with you in order to complete your work is included.

 

• You will be clearly informed at all times of the progress of your work and you will receive sample designs as required until you are happy with the design you wish to move forwards with.

 

• All information, images and text to be supplied by you unless otherwise agreed, if stock images are used, then these will be charged separately accordingly. These will be taken from your existing site, unless otherwise required.

 

• Your website will include all the functions you would like such as, different pages, contact forms, images, text, etc. as required and all on page optimisation.

 

• Not Included: As you already have most of these in place, just to confirm Hosting, emails, domain, stock images, will be paid directly by you to the host company as agreed and required.

 

• Once your site is complete, we will transfer it into your account and we will remain a contributor, unless otherwise requested, to enable us to help manage your site, if requested.

 

• If you would like us to manage your site then, a monthly website management fee or support fee is charged depending on the requirement, to be discussed as necessary.

 

• Your site will be fully mobile/tablet/phone compatible.

 

• Your domain and any emails etc. will all be connected and working correctly.

• We will create your Google Account, campaigns and specific ads relating to your business requirements, needs and goals, as required, to be discussed and confirmed.

​​

• We will continually work on external SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), to move your site above other sites on the natural, non-paid for listings across the major Search Engines.

YOUR COMMITMENT

​

• All information, content, images (unless stock images are to be used) and text to be supplied by you unless otherwise agreed.

 

• NOT Included: Hosting, emails, domain, stock images, these will be paid directly by you to the necessary companies as agreed.

• This ensures you own the license for the images, and your domain and hosting remain in your name. As you will be paying for these directly, we will help you to obtain these in the most cost effective way, i.e. there are no mark ups on the pricing by us.

LEGAL 

 

OUR TERMS

​

• 100% of any agreed invoice/s to be paid in full before commencement of any work on receipt, by due date. 

 

• We always offer a New Business Introductory Discount of approx. 10% and provide various payment options/offers. This will be applied to the agreed full fee of £2800.00.

 

• Once you have selected your preferred payment option, you will be invoiced accordingly, unless you wish to take advantage of any discounts and pay the full invoice.

​

• All payments are to be made in full and honoured as agreed and chosen prior to any commencement of any work.

 

• The full fee of £2800.00 for all the work is to be paid even if you decide to not continue once work has commenced, as this represents a set fee for a set contract. The New Business Introductory Discount will not apply.

 

• There are no refunds or reimbursements, if you decide to withdraw for any reason, once the work has commenced, the full fee is still due.

 

• By completing and submitting the form below and accepting and signing this contract and paying or partly paying for the invoice, you agree to honour these terms and all chosen payments.
