All direct payment gateways offered by HairologyLondon and used by us adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard and American Express. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and our service providers, which is WorldPay. All direct online payments are secure via WorldPay. All telephone payments are secure via WorldPay.

Credit / Debit Cards - WorldPay - PAYPAL - Offline and Online Payments

To protect customer privacy, stock photos and images are used.
Unless otherwise agreed and stated our terms are generally 50% of any service to be paid prior to commencement of any service and the remaining 50% to be paid on completion of any service, prior to the release of any service. Any monthly management fees agreed are paid in full on the agreed date of each month via Direct Debit.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Within 7 days from receipt of any orders, Blue Bottle Web Design provides a 'NO QUIBBLES'
refund/exchange policy on the understanding no work has already started. If so, refunds will be given on pro rata basis.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any work already undertaken, even if the work was not to your (customer) satisfaction..
However, in the unlikely event a service has not met with your expectations and you would like to request a refund/exchange, please email us at: explaining your reasoning.
Blue Bottle Web Design will consider each and any request on a case-by-case basis. Any refunds/exchanges given are at the sole discretion of Blue Bottle Web Design.
