Your Sites

As our sites are built on the Wix platform within our client account, they remain in our client account as we are Wix Partners. You will have full access to your site if requested as a Co-Owner, but your site will remain in our account. You agree to this as and when you request us to create a website for you.

Your information has not been obtained from any third party marketing lists. Your information has been obtained because you have either:

3. completed one of our online contact/enquiry/subscription/

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by BLUE BOTTLE WEB DESIGN and used by us adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard and American Express. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and our service providers, which is WorldPay. All direct online payments are secure via WorldPay. All telephone payments are secure via WorldPay.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed and stated our terms are generally 50% of any service to be paid prior to commencement of any service and the remaining 50% to be paid on completion of any service, prior to the release of any service. Any monthly management fees agreed are paid in full on the agreed date of each month via Direct Debit.

Returns & Exchange Policy

​Within 7 days from receipt of any orders, Blue Bottle Web Design provides a 'NO QUIBBLES' 

refund/exchange policy on the understanding no work has already started. If so, refunds will be given on pro rata basis.

 

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any work already undertaken, even if the work was not to your (customer) satisfaction..

 

However, in the unlikely event a service has not met with your expectations and you would like to request a refund/exchange, please email us at: info@bluebottlewebdesign.com explaining your reasoning.

 

Blue Bottle Web Design will consider each and any request on a case-by-case basis. Any refunds/exchanges given are at the sole discretion of Blue Bottle Web Design.

 

Refunds will not be accepted without prior approval from Blue Bottle Web Design in writing via email.
