Step 1 Design interview

Once we have received your 'go ahead', we will design a bespoke website specific to your business needs and will schedule a call to go through various information with you, where necessary, to work out a design that portrays you as a company, your values and the people you want to do business with.

Step 2 Design presentation

​

All requirements for the website, contact forms, images, text, etc. will be discussed and agreed as the website progresses in its design. This may involve the use of stock imagery (all included).

​

You will be clearly informed at all times of the progress of your work and you will receive samples as required until you are happy with the design you wish to move forwards with.

Step 3 Website content

​

Once you have approved the new look for your site, we will start adding the various pages, images and content accordingly, thus building your new website. 

​

All content, images etc will be discussed and agreed before uploading to the site. We will use test images to start with until you are happy with the final chosen images to be used, only then, will these be uploaded, (if applicable).

Step 4 Website build

​

Using everything we've gathered, your website is built. Once it's done, we'll present it to you and go through the details in accordance with the objectives originally set. 

 

It will take approx. 4 weeks or within your time frames where possible to finalise your site, depending on the time it takes for all the necessary information etc to be supplied and received (where applicable). 

Any adjustments are continually made during the build process.

Step 5 Launch

​

The launch process is a carefully considered one. Once you are completely happy with your new finished site:

 

• Everything will be tested to ensure it is functioning as it should.

 

• Your domain is connected, emails are working, contact forms and automations are all working correctly.

 

• Your website will be checked over and over again to ensure no grammatical errors and the site doesn't have any downtime.

 

• All links operate as they should and the whole site is fully operational and working correctly on all platforms.

 

• Any old links will be re-directed to the new pages, if required.

• We always launch late on a Friday night (unless otherwise requested or when your site is ready) to give us the best chance of getting any issues ironed out over the weekend when you are not operational. You can sleep easy knowing we'll be on-call over your launch weekend to ensure everything goes according to plan.
