Process And Timescales
Step 1 Design interview
Once we have received your 'go ahead', we will commence designing a bespoke brochure specific to your business needs and will schedule a call to go through various information with you, where necessary, to work out a design that portrays you as a company, your values and the people you want to do business with.
Step 2 Design presentation
All company information as required will be presented within the brochure, as provided by you, Integrity Claims Management.
You will be clearly informed at all times of the progress of your work and you will receive samples as required until you are happy with the design you wish to move forwards with.
Step 3 Digital content
Once you have approved the new look for your online brochure, we will upload it and send you a personalised link for you to be able to use to pass onto your clients as required.
Step 4 Copy for print
Once you have approved the new look for your hard copy brochure for print, we will either send it to you or to your printer of choice. If you require any assistance with the printing, then, please let us know and we'll be happy to help.
It will take at least 2 to 4 weeks or within your time frames where possible to finalise each brochure, depending on the time it takes for all the necessary information etc to be supplied and received and the final version approved (where applicable).
Any adjustments are continually made during the design process.
Step 5 Approval
You will receive the final version for you to take your time to proof read, making completely sure that you are absolutely happy with all copy, text, design, layout, images used.
Once you have approved the final copy of your brochure, it will be ready for online launch and for hard copy print.
You are responsible for approving the final version. Any amendments to be made after your approval will be your responsibility and will be charged for accordingly.
It will take us approx. 2 to 4 weeks to finalise your brochure.
